TimeTec lists all connected terminals in all branches, where administrators can transfer and manage employees between different locations.
Terminal Types
TimeTec works with most of FingerTec attendance models with fingerprints, card (RFID/Mifare/HID) and password.
Manage Employees in All Terminals
Transfer employees from one terminal to another, delete employees whose employment are terminated, and handle terminals at remote locations without the help of the local administrator(s).
Report Attendance at Terminal
TimeTec links with attendance terminals to retrieve attendance data in real time, where you can view the working status of every staff on your PC.
Web-based Attendance Reporting
Employees can report attendance to TimeTec even if there is no station/devices deploy locally. They can go to "Web Check-In" to report attendance when they arrive at their working place. This is specially designed for employees who are frequently transferred to different locations for project/system deployment.
Mobile Attendance Reporting
We provide TimeTec Mobile, a mobile solution available on the iPhone and Andriod Phone, for employees with high mobility. Employees can easily activate the TimeTec Mobile app installed in smartphones when they reach their working place. The smartphone captures the time and GPS location data, to send to TimeTec. Administrator can then be informed of the time that you reach your client's site, for example.
