Important Information:
For the trial version of TimeTec Cloud, no FingerTec hardware is needed to report attendance. Instead, you just need to use the TimeTec Web Check-In feature directly via the TimeTec Cloud or download TimeTec Mobile (Android and iOS version) via your smart phone. All attendance data from the Web Check-In can be manipulated for further calculations and reports.

To check in, login to TimeTec Cloud, and click on the Web Check-In button to report attendance or use your TimeTec Mobile. The date and time that is set on the PC will be recorded as the attendance data.

Each user involved in the trial run will receive a login username and a password enabling them to login to TimeTec Cloud to report attendance, view and print attendance reports.

Recommended Personnel To Be Involved In The TimeTec Trial Run
Roles Description Recommended Personnel
System Administrator System Administrator has full access to all modules and sections of the TimeTec Cloud. Full training is highly recommended for this role in order to operate the TimeTec Cloud. Administration Manager or HR Manager
Branch/Department Manager Branch/Department Manager has the authority to view records of users assigned under specific branch or department and he can preview, save and print reports of those under his supervision. Branch Managers or Department Heads
Employee For Trial Run from Each Branch/department Two persons or more from each department should report their attendance to generate some records in the TimeTec Cloud. We recommend that each test person follow an individual working schedule/calendar to represent different working environments.
